이번 학기부터 한별 가족이 되신 신입생 가족들과 재학생 가족 모두 환영합니다.

개학 준비를 위한 공지/유의 사항.

Please read all of the information carefully.

1. 개학 (First day of School): 2/6(Friday class), 2/7(Saturday class)

2. 개학 후 첫 2-3주 동안 담임 교사의 평가 후 학생들의 학급이 재배치 될 수 있습니다.

For the first 2-3weeks of semester, please understand that your child may be placed to a different class after homeroom teacher's evaluation

3. 교재/자료비는 개학일에 담임교사에게 직접 전달하여 주세요. 봉투에 학생 이름 기재 필수.

Please submit the material fee $20/student to the homeroom teacher on the first day of School and write student name on the envelope.

4. 신입생들에게는 학교 가방과 숙제 폴더를 배부합니다.

We will provide School bag and homework folder for the new students.

재학생들은 지난 학기 숙제 폴더와 가방을 사용하면 됩니다.

Current students continue to use bag and folder from last semester.

5. 개학일에는 PTO 에서 전교생( 금.토요일 학생)에게 식사를 제공합니다.

PTO will be providing meals to all school members(Friday and Saturday class) on the first day of school.

6. 금요 반은 학부모회 주관 저녁 프로그램을 신청하실 수 있습니다. 곧 학부모 공지를 받게 될 것 입니다.

PTO is organizing the dinner program for Friday students. You will get the notice before School starts.

7. 세부적인 담임 학급 공지는 별도로 나갑니다.

You will receive detailed class notice from homeroom teacher soon.

안전수칙 (Safety & Health policy)

1. 학생 등교 시 반드시 교실로 학생들을 데리고 오시기 바랍니다. 학생들을 주차장에서 내려 놓고 가실 경우 학교와 교사들은 학생들의 안전을 책임지지 않습니다.

When you bring your child(ren) to School, make sure to bring the student(s) to the classroom. We will not be responsible for your child(ren)’s safety if you drop your kids off at the parking lot.

2. 교회로 들어 오는 길은 일방통행입니다. 교회 건물 뒤 파킹장에 주차 후 Pre School entrance 로 들어 오시기 바랍니다.Please note that it's a one-way entrance when you enter the driveway.Park your car at the parking lot behind the church building and enter the Preschool entrance.

3.하교 시에는 주차장에서 자녀들을 픽업하십니다. 교사들이 학생들을 인솔하여 나가니 외부에서 대기하시기 바랍니다.

After School, teachers will bring students outside and you can pick student(s) up from the parking lot.

4.결석.조퇴. 지각의 경우 담임선생님께 미리 알려 주시기 바랍니다. 사전 통보 없이 학생들을 픽업하는 것은 금지합니다.

이번 학기부터 학생들의 안전을 위해 수업 중에는 학교 내 중간문을 잠급니다. 늦게 등교하는 학생들은 담임께 알려 주셔야 문을 열어 줍니다.

When your child(ren) is absent from school or needs to be picked up earlier, let your homeroom teacher know in advance. You cannot pick up your child(ren) without notice.

Please note that we are locking middle door when School is in session. If student expect to arrive late, please let homeroom teacher know. Teacher will open the door.

5. 감기증상이 있거나 열이 있을 경우, Covid 양성이거나 covid 환자를 접촉한 경우 학교 등교를 금지합니다. 담임께서 결석일 학습자료와 숙제는 이메일로 보내 드립니다.

If student has a fever or flu-like symptoms, test positive for covid or has had close contact with covid positive individual, please stay home. Homeroom teacher will email you the study material and homework.

6. 수업 중 학생이 열이 나거나 아플 경우 학부모님께 통보하며, 바로 자녀를 픽업하셔야 합니다.

If student is sick during the school, students must be picked up as soon as we notified to parents
